LLD Survey Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter name and address: Lifestyle Learning Direct Pty Ltd, 36 Industrial Avenue Molendinar QLD 4214. ABN: 98 114 908 404.
2. The only persons who may enter and be awarded prizes if they win are those who (i) are residents of Australia (ii) are over the age of 18 (iii) are not (a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this competition, or (b) members of the immediate family of any such employees or contractors. "Immediate family" means spouse, defacto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the employee/contractor.
3. Residents of The Northern Territory are not eligible to enter.
4. Should the winner be drawn from NSW, by law they will be entitled to a maximum of 20 litres of wine only and the difference in value in cash.
5. The prize is one case of the Award Winning Wines valued at $250.00 every quarter for one year. Total prize value is $1000.00.
6. You must be over the age of 18 to enter and proof of age may be requested if you are drawn as the winner.
7. The promotion commences 1st July 2011 and closes 30th June 2012. There will be one draw. The draw will take place at Lifestyle Learning Direct, registered place of business, 36 Industrial Avenue Molendinar QLD 4214 at 9:00am on the 1st July 2012.
8. One (1) entry will be randomly electronically generated from all entries received to win one (1) case of the Award Winning Wines valued at $250.00 every quarter (or 3 months) for a one year period.
9. The winner will be notified by telephone on the day of the draw, using the contact details provided with their entry information.
10. The Winner, once notified, will be published on Lifestyle Learning Direct's websiteswww.lifestylelearningdirect.com and www.lifestylelearningonline.com. And their name will be published in The South Australian Advertiser newspaper on 13th July 2012.
11. If we are, after every reasonable effort, unable to contact the prize winner, we will keep the prize available for three months from the day the prize winner is decided. If at this time, we have been unable to contact the prize winner, we will re-draw the competition. The re-draw will take place at Lifestyle Learning Direct, registered place of business, 36 Industrial Avenue Molendinar QLD 4214.
12. PRIVACY STATEMENT: We advise that customer information provided to us and our affiliates is used for the purposes of processing your entry, and selecting and making appropriate offers to you. From time to time we also make our mailing list available to carefully screened companies whose products or services may be of interest to you.
